If Anyone Has Ears to Hear, Let Him Hear
Jesus told a parable about a sower who sowed seed and about the seed either bearing fruit or perishing, due to a variety of circumstances. He explained that the seed represented the word. Yet, though the word goes out, it has no impact – or the impact is short-lived, for many people. Only those who hear the word and accept it, will bear fruit. And those who bear fruit will be harvested at the end of the age. Dear Father, thank You for Your precious Word. May we have ears to hear so that we will receive Your Word. May we embrace Your Word and bear much fruit! May others see the fruit that we bear, and may we share with them the wonderful things You have done for us and the wonderful things that You will do for them. May we endure the storms in life unto the harvest, and may we have peace, because we trust in You.
