The LORD Is Good; His Mercy Is Everlasting
(Day 30 of the Omer)
Psalm
100:1-5 Make a joyful shout to the LORD, all you lands! Serve the Lord
with gladness; come before His presence with singing. Know that the
LORD, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are
His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with
thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and
bless His name. For the LORD is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His
truth endures to all generations.
Moses and Aaron, and Samuel also, were among those who called upon Your name; they called upon Yehovah, and You answered them. You spoke to them in the cloudy pillar; they kept Your testimonies and the ordinance You gave them. You answered them, O Yehovah our God; You were to them God-Who-Forgives though You took vengeance on their deeds. Let us exalt Yehovah our God and worship at His footstool-- He is holy. Let us sing of mercy and justice; to You, O Yehovah we will sing praises. Let us behave in a blameless way. Let us walk within our houses with a perfect heart. Let us set nothing wicked before our eyes; let not the work of those who fall away cling to us. A perverse heart shall depart from us; we shall not know wickedness. Let us exalt Yehovah our God and worship at His holy hill; for Yehovah our God is holy.
